The application process

  1. Application form

    Applications to join LeadIT are submitted to the LeadIT Secretariat.

  2. Reviewing the applications

    Applications are reviewed by the LeadIT Management Board.

  3. Meeting with the applicants

    The Secretariat invites applicants to a meeting to answer your questions and seek necessary clarifications.

  4. Decision making

    The LeadIT Management Board will review the final application and make a decision on membership.

In our application form, we ask about specific work you are undertaking to reduce industry emissions and for evidence of your commitment to the goals of the Paris Agreement.  We’re interested in any policies or incentives that support industry decarbonization and how you are currently collaborating to achieve sustainability goals.

Documents to prepare before applying:

  • Nationally Determined Contributions (for countries)
  • Most recent ESG report (for companies)
